Train + 5-min walk · boat to the rock
Easy. Train from Zurich to Schaffhausen (~1h), then a local train to "Neuhausen Rheinfall" and a 5-minute walk. A perfect day-trip. Buy platform tickets on site; the boat to the central rock and Schloss Laufen castle are the highlights. May-September for the strongest flow.
