Easy. 1.5 hours on paved road from Reykjavík - the classic Golden Circle loop pairs it with Þingvellir and Geysir, so you can see all three in a half-day. No hiking to reach the main viewpoints. Come May-September for full glacial flow; winter turns the canyon to ice and the road can close.
