Easy. ~1 hour by car/taxi from Mostar (or 2.5h from Dubrovnik with a border crossing). Small entrance fee. A perfect swimming day-trip in summer - pools, walking trails, picnic spots and cafés. May-September for warm water. Rocks get slippery and currents strengthen after rain; supervise kids.
