Moderate. ~2 hours by car from Salzburg, or train to Zell am See then bus (2-3h total). A trail ticket covers the waterfall path, which climbs past all three tiers - a real uphill walk rewarded with viewpoints and the "Water Worlds" exhibit. May-September for full snowmelt flow. Sturdy shoes and rain gear.
